We’re always happy to answer questions at any time with regards to work that we’ve completed for our clients! We also offer discounts for booking consecutive design work within a short time-frame of completed projects. We’re also happy to offer a la carte services billed at an hourly rate.

+ do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We ask for an initial, non-refundable retainer fee to guarantee a slot in our schedule. This retainer fee is applied to the overall cost of our services and is usually 50% of the project total. The second half of the project cost is not due until the end of project completion. We’re also happy to accommodate other payment schedules as client needs arise.

Yes and no. While we deliver all file formats to you, we also include guidelines for how to use and not use the work we’ve created. These guidelines help you maintain brand consistency and recognition for your audience. Lady Moxie Design retains copyright ownership of the design work even after the project is completed. We’re hopeful you’ll contact us in the future for any new design needs that may arise!

+ how long is the process? can you get stuff to me in a couple of days?

Our packages are set up with helpful timelines already in place ranging from three to eight weeks. However, these timelines are influenced by how quickly our clients answer questionnaires and return communication with us, so it could be faster or slower than this.
